All plot dimensions, layouts, renders, master plans, amenities, pricing and timelines are indicative and may be revised at the sole discretion of AYORA and subject to approvals from competent authorities. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or invitation to buy or invest, and no legally binding obligation shall arise until a definitive agreement is executed.
2. Booking, Allotment & Registration
- All bookings are subject to availability and completion of KYC verification.
- Allotment is confirmed only after receipt of the booking amount and signed application form.
- Payment schedules, statutory charges, GST, stamp duty and registration costs will be as per the applicable agreement and prevailing law.
3. Statutory Approvals & RERA
Each phase of every project is developed only after receipt of the necessary layout, environmental, revenue and, where applicable, RERA approvals. Registration numbers, when available, will be shared at the point of booking and displayed on marketing collateral.
4. Website Use
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, and not to reproduce, distribute or exploit any content without prior written permission from AYORA.
5. Intellectual Property
All logos, brand marks, imagery, plans, renders and copy are the intellectual property of AYORA Developers Private Limited and are protected under Indian and international intellectual property law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AYORA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or reliance on any content herein.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
